Solanki Uzdrowisko Inowrocław is located in a picturesque Park Solankowy spreading across over 85 hectares. Scented gardens, flowered alleys and charming ponds create a unique ambience of peace and quiet.
The park is abounding in trees. Maples, ash trees, chestnut trees, linden trees, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines and rare trees (e.g. creeping willow) grow there. Many of the trees are listed as outstanding natural features. In the summer, you can admire carefully laid out flower carpets.
The alleys of Park Solankowy are embellished with sculptures and the most distinctive and the largest of them is situated in Wilkońskiego Street. It is a huge peacock that doubles as a sundial. There are also two bronze benches: one with General Sikorski and one with a Mother-in-law.
The Brine Graduation Towers ar the heart of the Park. They have been delighting visitors with their unique design and healthful effects since 2001.
The Brine Graduation Towers Complex comprises a mini bowling alley, a mini golf course and chess tables. A fun-packed children’s playground and an outdoor gym with modern street workout equipment are situated just next to the Complex.
Park Solankowy is also where scented gardens have been entrancing visitors with remarkable fragrances since 2012. The blooming plants (roses, peonies, lilies and various herbs) have calming, relaxing and antidepressant effects.
In the new part of Park Solankowy, there is a real sandy beach at an artificial pond and a public BBQ shelter. These places are especially popular with people who wish to enjoy the sunshine and picnics in the summer season.
The “Inowrocławianka” Pump Room with the first palm house in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province is a new attraction of the Park.
