ORTHOPEDIC REHABILITATION OF UPPER LIMBS

Full Board

Orthopedic rehabilitation is particularly recommended for individuals after injuries, strains, and reconstruction of tendons, ligaments, and muscles, as well as after injuries to peripheral joints. It is also indicated for individuals who have suffered fractures and breaks in the bones of the upper limbs and stabilization of bones and joints, as well as in cases of inflammation and degenerative changes in the musculoskeletal system and muscles.

The aim of rehabilitation is to restore lost functions or improve the motor skills of limbs, reduce pain, and enhance physical condition.

The package includes:

14 overnight stays
full board (breakfasts and dinners in a buffet style, lunches served at the table)
medical consultation
medical care in case of sudden illness
1 functional diagnostics procedure with dynamic taping
20 therapeutic exercises with biofeedback
10 individual specialist exercises (30 min.) with a physiotherapist
4 deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments
30 treatments in the area of physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, kinesitherapy, massages
access to the relaxation zone (Finnish sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt cave) (90 min. daily)
15% discount on treatments in the Cosmetic Office for unit prices exceeding PLN 150
entry to public cultural and entertainment events organized by "Solanki" Inowrocław Health Resort Ltd.

Treatment procedures are performed daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

The final decision regarding the selection of the appropriate treatment program and prescribed treatments is made by the doctor. Replacement of a treatment with another one available in the "Solanki" Rehabilitation Center is allowed only for documented health reasons of the Patient and solely based on the decision of the attending physician.

Failing to use any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its price.

It is advisable to have up-to-date medical documentation, including discharge summaries from hospital stays, as well as medications taken chronically along with a dosage schedule.

The day starts at 1:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.

The stay begins with lunch and ends with breakfast.

To be accommodated in a room with a rehabilitation bed and a bathroom for individuals with disabilities, choose the Rehastandard room.

If the Patient's condition requires it (dependent Patient based on the Barthel scale assessment), we reserve the right to increase the price for assistance in daily activities and to transfer from a Comfort room to a Rehastandard room depending on availability. In case of unavailability of rooms, we reserve the right to discharge the Patient from the facility.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, we reserve the right to discharge the Patient from the facility or change the stay to a leisure one.

Meals

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Health Resort - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a buffet, while lunches are served at the table.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunches are served in two shifts: the first shift at 12:00 PM, and the second shift at 1:30 PM.

The Integration Café invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

The Zdrój Restaurant invites you to enjoy exquisite Polish dishes and hot desserts.

In consideration of our guests, their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, it is possible to purchase and book additional paid treatments, both therapeutic and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments available in hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, and massages, as well as treatments using natural resources such as brine and peat.

For pain therapies, we particularly recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shockwave treatments, and manual therapy. We also encourage the use of oxygen therapy in the hyperbaric chamber.

Therapeutic treatments can only be used after a medical or physiotherapy consultation.

Our guests can enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation every day in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to use the salt grotto, Finnish and steam sauna, and jacuzzi.

In concern for the beautiful appearance and well-being of our guests, we have also launched a Hair Salon, where you can take advantage of professional hair care.

Attractions and location

"Solanki" Health Resort Inowrocław is a place that has been dedicated to health for over 140 years, rehabilitating and treating individuals suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solankowy Park, which today covers over 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flowering alleys, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

Solankowy Park is richly wooded. Here, you can find maples, ashes, horse chestnuts, lindens, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rare trees. Among them are numerous natural monuments. In the summer, you can see beautifully designed floral carpets here.

The walking paths of Solankowy Park are adorned with sculptures, the most characteristic of which is located at Wilkońskiego Street. It is a huge peacock serving as a sundial. Meanwhile, one of the benches is occupied by a bronze statue of General Sikorski.

At the heart of Solankowy Park are the brine graduation towers, which have captivated visitors since 2001 with their structure and beneficial effects on health.

The complex of graduation towers includes recreational areas: mini-golf, a bowling alley, and chess tables. Right next to it is a fully equipped playground for children, a rich outdoor gym, and modern equipment for outdoor Street Workout training.

Solankowy Park in Inowrocław also features the charmingly aromatic Fragrant Gardens, which were created in 2012. The flowering plants here (roses, peonies, lilies, and numerous herbs) have calming, antidepressant, and relaxing effects.

A new attraction of Solankowy Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Pump Room with the first Palm House and Mother-in-Law Monument in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, as well as the Kujawska Hut.

In the new part of Solankowy Park, next to the artificial pond, a real sandy beach and a publicly accessible covered barbecue area have also been created. During the summer season, these spots are very popular among people eager for sunlight and outdoor gatherings.

Nordic Walking has no age limits and can be practiced by almost anyone. Inowrocław follows trends and sets new paths. The Nordic Walking route, known as the "great loop," covers a distance of 9.15 km and also includes Solankowy Park.

We invite interesting personalities to the health resort who wish to share their passion and rich experience. To enhance free time, we organize concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our guests.

During your stay, it is worth getting to know the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking route, you can see the monuments of Inowrocław: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Name of the Holy Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the Neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Holy Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, the over 100-year-old Neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the Neo-Gothic building of the current Town Hall, the House of Jan Kasprowicz, and many others.

In collaboration with one of the local travel agencies, our health resort organizes numerous bus trips to places worth visiting, to the "gems" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

Extra paid services

Mandatory health resort fee in accordance with the current rate set by the Inowrocław City Council payable at
the reception.

It is possible to purchase a parking space according to the applicable price list parking fees.

All treatments that are not included in the price, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialist examinations, and other services are subject to additional charges according to separate price lists.

Important information

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Health Resort - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Animals are not accepted.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, the right to change the stay to recreational is reserved.

Shortening the stay does not result in a refund for unused services. Not using any element of the package does not decrease its price.

The stay is a service exempt from VAT. In case of the Client's resignation from medical services (doctor's consultation and therapeutic treatments) included in the price of the stay, the stated order value will be increased by VAT (8%).
