Full Board

The package is dedicated to individuals struggling with back pain, muscle tension, stress, and troublesome fatigue.

Rehabilitation aims to reduce the negative effects associated with the burdens arising from prolonged sitting: it prevents long-term overloads, alleviates pain, decreases muscle tension, and mitigates the risk of injuries. Additionally, it improves well-being, supports mental relaxation, and enhances concentration.

The package includes:

7 nights in comfortable rooms,
full board (breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet, lunches served at the table),
medical consultation,
nursing care in case of sudden illness,
5 station training sessions or "Healthy Spine" gymnastics,
5 multi-stream massages,
2 hydromassages,
2 partial classic massages (30 min),
5 peat wraps,
1 lymphatic BOA massage,
7 entries to the Relaxation Zone (salt grotto, dry and steam sauna, jacuzzi) 90 min. per day,
15% discount on services in the Beauty Salon for a single price above 150 zł,
entry to public cultural and entertainment events organized by "Solanki" Uzdrowisko Inowrocław.

Therapeutic treatments are performed daily except for Sundays and public holidays.

The check-in time is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The stay begins with lunch and ends with breakfast.

The stay starts and ends on Sunday.

Failure to use any element of the package does not reduce its price.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, we reserve the right to change the stay to a recreational one according to the applicable price list.

Meals

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Spa - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center. Breakfast and dinner are served in a buffet style, while lunch is served at the table.

You are invited to breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunch is served in two shifts: the first shift at 12:00 PM and the second shift at 1:30 PM.

The Integration Café invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

The Zdrojowa Restaurant invites you to enjoy exquisite Polish dishes and hot desserts.

In the summer season, we invite you to our homemade ice cream at The Zdrojowa Ice Cream Parlor.

Wellness & SPA

With our guests in mind, their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, it is possible to purchase and book additional paid treatments, both healing and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments available in the fields of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, and massages, as well as treatments using natural resources such as brine and peat.

For pain therapies, we particularly recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shock wave treatments, and manual therapy. We also encourage the use of oxygen therapy in the hyperbaric chamber.

Treatments can only be used after a medical or physiotherapeutic consultation.

Our guests can enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation daily in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to take advantage of the salt cave, Finnish and steam saunas, and jacuzzi.

In care of the beautiful appearance and well-being of our Guests, we have also launched a Hair Salon where professional hair care can be enjoyed.

Attractions and location

"Solanki" Spa Inowrocław is a place that has been working for health for over 140 years, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solankowy Park, which today spans more than 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flowered alleys, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

Solankowy Park is richly wooded. Here, you can find maples, ashes, chestnuts, linden trees, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rarely found trees. Among them are numerous natural monuments. In summer, you can see carefully composed flower carpets.

The walking alleys of Solankowy Park are also adorned with sculptures, the most characteristic of which is located at Wilkoński Street. It's a huge peacock that serves as a sundial. Meanwhile, on one of the benches sits a bronze statue of General Sikorski.

The heart of Solankowy Park are the graduation towers, which have been captivating visitors since 2001 with their construction and beneficial effects on health.

The graduation complex includes recreational areas: mini-golf, a bowling alley, and tables for playing chess. Right next door is a fun-filled playground for children, a rich outdoor gym, and modern equipment for outdoor Street Workout training.

Solankowy Park in Inowrocław also features the enchanting Aromatic Gardens, established in 2012, which are filled with extraordinary scents. The blooming plants here (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have calming, antidepressant, and relaxing effects.

A new attraction of Solankowy Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Pump House, complete with the first Palm House and Mother-in-Law Monument in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and a Kujawy Cottage.

In the new part of Solankowy Park, near the artificial pond, there is also a real sandy beach and a public covered barbecue area. During the summer season, these spots are very popular among those craving sunshine and outdoor feasting.

Nordic Walking knows no age limits and can be practiced by almost anyone. Inowrocław follows trends and sets new paths. The Nordic Walking route, known as the "great loop," has a distance of 9.15 km and also encompasses Solankowy Park.

We invite interesting personalities to the spa who want to share their passion and rich experience. To enrich leisure time, we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our Guests.

During your stay, it is worth getting to know the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking route, you can see the monuments of Inowrocław: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Name of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the Neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, the over one-hundred-year-old Neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the Neo-Gothic building of the current town hall, the House of Jan Kasprowicz, and many others.

In collaboration with one of the local travel agencies, our spa organizes numerous bus trips to must-see places, to the "pearls" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

Mandatory health resort fee according to the current rate set by the Inowrocław City Council payable at
the reception.

There is an option to purchase a parking space in accordance with the current price list parking fees.

All treatments not included in the price, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialist examinations, and other services are subject to additional charges according to separate price lists.

Important information

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Spa - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not allowed.

In case of contraindications for rehabilitation, the right to change the stay to a recreational one is reserved.

Shortening the stay does not entitle to a refund for unused services. Not utilizing any element included in the package does not decrease its price.

The stay is a VAT-exempt service. In case of cancellation by the Client of medical services (medical consultation and therapeutic treatments) included in the price of the stay, the specified order value will be increased by VAT (8%).
