ORTHOPEDIC REHABILITATION OF LOWER LIMBS

Full Board

Orthopedic rehabilitation is especially recommended for people after injuries, strains, and reconstruction of tendons, ligaments, and muscles, as well as after peripheral joint injuries. It is also indicated for people who have suffered fractures and fractures of the lower limb bones, as well as stabilization of bones and joints, as well as in cases of inflammatory states and degenerative changes in the musculoskeletal and muscular systems.

The goal of rehabilitation is to restore lost functions or improve the mobility of the limbs and reduce pain and improve physical condition.

The package includes:

14 overnight stays
full board (breakfasts and dinners in a buffet, lunches served at the table)
a medical consultation
medical care in case of sudden illness
1 functional diagnostics procedure with dynamic taping
20 rehabilitation gymnastics sessions with biofeedback
10 individual specialist exercises (30 min.) with a physiotherapist
4 deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments
30 treatments in physical therapy, hydrotherapy, kinesitherapy, massages
access to the relaxation zone (Finnish sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi, salt cave) (90 min. daily)
15% discount on treatments in the Cosmetic Office for unit prices above 150 PLN
entry to publicly available cultural and entertainment events organized by "Solanki" Uzdrowisko Inowrocław Sp. z o.o.

Treatments are performed daily except for Sundays and public holidays.

The final decision on the choice of the appropriate treatment program and prescribed procedures is made by the doctor. The substitution of a treatment with another offered by the "Solanki" Rehabilitation Center is allowed only for documented health reasons of the patient and solely based on the decision of the attending physician.

Not using any component of the package does not reduce its price.

It is advisable to have up-to-date medical documentation, including discharge summaries from hospital stays, as well as medications taken chronically with a detailed dosage.

The stay begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.

The stay starts with lunch and ends with breakfast.

Additional notes:

To accommodate in a room with a rehabilitation bed and a bathroom for people with disabilities, choose the Rehastandard room.

If the patient's condition requires it (patient dependent after assessment on the Barthel scale), we reserve the right to increase the price for assistance with daily activities and transfer from the Comfort room to the Rehastandard room depending on availability. In case of no vacancies, we reserve the right to discharge from the center.

In the case of contraindications to rehabilitation, we reserve the right to discharge the patient from the center or change the stay to a recreational one.

Meals

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Health Resort - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a buffet, while lunch is served to the table.

Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunch is served in two shifts: the first shift at 12:00 PM, and the second shift at 1:30 PM.

The Integracja Café invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

The Zdrojowa Restaurant invites you for exquisite Polish cuisine dishes and hot desserts.

With our guests in mind, their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, there is an opportunity to purchase and reserve additional paid treatments, both therapeutic and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments available in the fields of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, and massages, as well as treatments using natural raw materials such as brine and peat.

For pain therapies, we particularly recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shock wave treatments, and manual therapy. We also encourage you to take advantage of oxygen therapy treatments in the hyperbaric chamber.

Therapeutic treatments can only be undertaken after a medical or physiotherapeutic consultation.

Our guests can enjoy a 90-minute rest every day in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to use the salt grotto, Finnish and steam saunas, and jacuzzi.

Attractions and location

"Solanki" Health Resort in Inowrocław is a place that has been working for health for over 140 years, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solankowy Park, which today covers over 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flowered alleys, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of tranquility and peace.

Solankowy Park is rich in trees. Among them are maples, ashes, horse chestnuts, linden trees, sycamores, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rarely seen trees. There are numerous natural monuments among them. In the summer, you can see meticulously composed flower carpets here.

The walking avenues of Solankowy Park are also adorned with sculptures, the most characteristic one located at Wilkoński Street. It is a huge peacock that serves as a sundial. On one of the benches, a bronze statue of General Sikorski is seated.

The heart of Solankowy Park is the salt graduation towers, which have been delighting visitors since 2001 with their construction and beneficial effects on health.

The complex of graduation towers includes recreational areas: mini-golf, a bowling alley, and tables for playing chess. Right next to it is a playground full of attractions for children, a rich outdoor gym, and modern equipment for outdoor Street Workout training.

Solankowy Park in Inowrocław also features the charmingly aromatic Fragrant Gardens established in 2012. The blooming plants here (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have calming, antidepressant, and relaxing effects.

A new attraction of Solankowy Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Pump with the first Palm House and Mother-in-Law Monument in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, as well as the Kuyavian Hut.

A real sandy beach and a publicly accessible covered barbecue area have also been created in the new part of Solankowy Park by the artificial pond. During the summer season, these places are very popular among those thirsty for sunshine and outdoor gatherings.

Nordic Walking knows no age limits, and almost anyone can practice it. Inowrocław follows trends and sets new paths. The Nordic Walking Route, known as the "great loop," has a distance of 9.15 km and covers Solankowy Park.

We invite interesting personalities to the health resort who wish to share their passion and rich experience. To enhance leisure time, we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which enjoy great interest among our Guests.

During your stay, it is worth getting to know the most interesting places in Inowrocław. Along the walking route, you can see the monuments of Inowrocław: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Name of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the Neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, the over a hundred-year-old Neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the Neo-Gothic building of the current town hall, the House of Jan Kasprowicz, and many more.

In cooperation with one of the local travel agencies, our health resort organizes numerous bus trips to places worth knowing, to the "gems" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

Extra paid services

Mandatory spa fee according to the current rate set by the Inowrocław City Council payable at the
reception.

There is an option to purchase a parking space according to the applicable price list parking fees.

All treatments not included in the price, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialist examinations, and other services are additionally charged according to separate price lists.

Important information

Regardless of accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Health Resort - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not allowed.

In case of contraindications for rehabilitation, we reserve the right to change the stay to a recreational one.

Shortening the stay does not result in a refund for unused services. Not using any element included in the package does not reduce its price.

The stay is a VAT-exempt service. In the event of a client's resignation from medical services (doctor's consultation and therapeutic treatments) included in the price of the stay, the stated order value will be increased by VAT (8%).
