REHABILITATION STAY "FUNCTIONALITY WITH ENDOPROSTHESIS"

Take advantage of professional rehabilitation after the joint prosthesis implantation procedure at the modern Rehabilitation Center "Solanki" Spa Inowrocław.

The rehabilitation program "Fitness with a prosthesis" has been created for people after the implantation surgery of a hip prosthesis, as well as knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, wrist, and finger joints.

The aim of rehabilitation is prophylaxis against thrombosis and restoring lost joint functions and muscle strength. Additionally, the program includes improving motor coordination and balance to prevent falls.

The package includes:

14 nights accommodation
full board (breakfast and dinner served as a buffet, lunches served at the table)
medical consultation
medical care in case of sudden illness
20 rehabilitation gymnastics sessions with biofeedback
10 individual specialized exercises (30 min.) with a physiotherapist
30 treatments in the field of physical therapy, hydrotherapy, kinesitherapy, massages
access to the relaxation area (Finnish sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt cave) (90 min. daily)
15% discount on treatments in the Cosmetic Office for unit prices above 150 PLN
entrance to publicly available cultural and entertainment events organized by "Solanki" Inowrocław Health Resort Sp. z o.o.

Therapeutic treatments are performed daily except Sundays and public holidays.

The final decision regarding the choice of an appropriate treatment program and prescribed procedures is made by the doctor. Changing a procedure for another one offered by the "Solanki" Rehabilitation Center is allowed only for documented health reasons of the Patient and solely based on the decision of the attending physician.

Not using any element of the package does not result in a decrease in its price.

It is advisable to have up-to-date medical documentation, including discharge summaries from hospital stays, as well as medications taken chronically along with a prescribed dosage.

The day starts at 1:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM.

The stay begins with lunch and ends with breakfast.

Additional notes:

To be accommodated in a room with a rehabilitation bed and a bathroom for people with disabilities, choose the Rehastandard room.

If the Patient's condition requires it (dependent Patient assessed on the Barthel scale), we reserve the right to increase the price for assistance in daily activities and to transfer from a Comfort room to a Rehastandard room depending on availability. In case of lack of availability, we reserve the right to discharge from the center.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, we reserve the right to discharge the Patient from the center or to change the stay to a recreational one.

Meals

Regardless of accommodation, all meals are served in the main building of the Health Resort - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center. Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet, while lunch is served at the table.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lunch is served in two shifts: the first shift at 12:00 PM, and the second shift at 1:30 PM.

Integration Café invites you daily for delicious pastries and desserts.

Zdrój Restaurant invites you to enjoy exquisite Polish cuisine and hot desserts.

In the summer season, we invite you for homemade ice cream at Zdrój Ice Cream Parlor.

With our guests in mind, their need for a moment of relaxation and unwinding, there is an option to purchase and reserve additional paid treatments, both therapeutic and cosmetic.

There are over 80 different treatments to choose from in the fields of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, and massages, as well as treatments using natural resources such as brine and therapeutic mud.

For pain therapies, we particularly recommend deep electromagnetic stimulation treatments, high-energy laser treatments with a thermoscanner, shockwave therapy, and manual therapy. We also encourage you to take advantage of oxygen therapy in the hyperbaric chamber.

Therapeutic treatments can be used only after a medical or physiotherapy consultation.

Our guests can enjoy 90 minutes of relaxation daily in the Relaxation Zone. We invite you to take advantage of the salt cave, Finnish and steam saunas, and jacuzzi.

With care for the beautiful appearance and well-being of our Guests, we have also launched a Hairdressing Salon, where professional hair care services are available.

Attractions and location

"Solanki" Health Resort Inowrocław is a place that has been working for health for over 140 years, rehabilitating and treating people suffering from various ailments.

Our Rehabilitation Center is located in the picturesque Solankowy Park, which today covers more than 85 hectares. Fragrant gardens, flowered alleys, and ponds create a unique atmosphere of tranquility and peace.

Solankowy Park is richly wooded. It features various trees including maples, ashes, horse chestnuts, linden, sycamore, oaks, plane trees, pines, and rare tree species. Among them are numerous natural monuments. In the summer, carefully composed flower carpets can be seen here.

The walkways of Solankowy Park are also adorned with sculptures, the most distinctive of which is located on Wilkoński Street. It is a huge peacock serving as a sundial. Meanwhile, one of the benches has a bronze statue of General Sikorski.

The heart of Solankowy Park is the graduation towers, which have amazed visitors since 2001 with their construction and beneficial health effects.

Within the graduation towers complex, there are recreational areas: mini-golf, a bowling alley, and tables for playing chess. Right next to it is a playground full of attractions for children, a rich outdoor gym, and modern street workout training equipment.

Solankowy Park in Inowrocław also hosts the enchanting Aromatic Gardens, created in 2012, filled with unique fragrances. The blooming plants here (roses, peonies, lilies, numerous herbs) have calming, antidepressant, and relaxing effects.

A new attraction in Solankowy Park is the "Inowrocławianka" Water Drinking House featuring the first Palm House in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Mother-in-Law Monument along with the Kujawian Cottage.

In the new section of Solankowy Park, by the artificial pond, a real sandy beach and a publicly accessible covered barbecue area have been created. During the summer season, these places are very popular among those craving sunshine and outdoor gatherings.

Nordic Walking knows no age limits and can be practiced by almost anyone. Inowrocław follows trends and sets new paths. The Nordic Walking trail, known as the "big loop," is 9.15 km long and also covers Solankowy Park.

The health resort invites interesting personalities who want to share their passion and rich experience. To enhance leisure time, we organize both concerts and dance evenings, which are very popular among our guests.

During your stay, it's worth getting to know the most interesting places in Inowrocław. On the walking route, you can see the monuments of Inowrocław: the Romanesque Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, the Gothic parish church of St. Nicholas, the neo-Romanesque church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, fragments of Gothic defensive walls, the over a hundred-year-old neo-Renaissance building of the current District Court, the neo-Gothic edifice of the current Town Hall, the house of Jan Kasprowicz, and many others.

In cooperation with one of the local travel agencies, our health resort organizes numerous bus tours to places worth exploring, the "pearls" of our region: Licheń, Toruń, Kruszwica, Gniezno, Biskupin, and Pakość.

Extra paid services

Mandatory spa fee according to the current rate set by the Inowrocław City Council payable at
the reception.

There is an option to purchase a parking space according to the applicable price list parking fees.

All treatments not included in the price, cosmetic treatments, medical consultations, specialized examinations, and other services are charged additionally according to separate price lists.

Important information

Regardless of the accommodation, all meals and treatments take place in the main building of the Spa - Kujawiak Rehabilitation Center.

According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited in all our rooms.

Pets are not allowed.

In case of contraindications to rehabilitation, the right to change the stay to a recreational one is reserved.

Shortening the stay does not result in a refund for unused services. Not utilizing any component of the package does not reduce its price.

The stay is a service exempt from VAT. In case of the Client's resignation from medical services (medical consultation and therapeutic treatments) included in the price of the stay, the specified order amount will be increased by VAT (8%).

"Solanki" Spa Inowrocław Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the elements of the package stay.
